  3 🌟 because it's the only place to bowl in surabaya. -2 🌟 because no maintenance has been done (since 1st visit).

  Reception staff is rude, ac is not on, lights are not on, fan is broken, the lane is always turned off the staff is there standby to fix it. you are charged for 1 name, instead of per hour. VERY EXPENSIVE for bad experience.

  The shoes need to be replaced with new ones. Those are slippery, more comfortable without shoes. The balls under 10 are limited, while to use above 10 was heavy and makes my shoulder painful

  Not all lanes are working. Bad quality shoes for rent. Bad air conditioning. But overall it serves its main purpose: a place to bowl.
