::It was very busy when I went to start VOA extension process yesterday. Don’t expect any signs in English to figure out where to go or what to do. For ease arrive with your passport, a copy of passport, a copy of visa in passport and a copy of your flight ticket to leave the country. You need to buy a stamp for you paper work for 6000rp, this can be done if you walk to the right of the building when arriving and buying at the photocopy room. This is when you can get prints or photocopies if you haven’t already done so. Go to fourth floor, take a ticket from the machine and wait for your number. When called go up to desk get pink folder and fill out forms. When finished take another number and wait to be called. Hand everything in, they’ll probably ask for you to wait for you name. Listen carefully, when called go up to desk and take form for payment. Look after this, because they keep your passport this is your only proof they still have it. Head to a bank or post office, pay the fee, keep receipt to take back to immigration on the date they stipulated. That’s day one over! Go home for a nap now, you deserve it!

::It's bigger than Bogor Immigration Office, obviously. But, I think the service was worse than in Bogor (the long wait, and rude interviewer). In terms of facility, this place is quite good, large waiting room, nice aircon, children area, charging area, photocopy machine, elevator that mostly used for those who use wheelchair, etc.

::Kinda happy with the fast work. I come at 10 and process was done by 11.30. I could have given 5 star for that. But unfortunately, when I came late for taking my paspor, the service quite rude as if they dont want to answer anything and just pointing words saying close. The next time a friend come to take my paspor, she got same arrogant respond. Just this time she was on time.

::Worst service ever (One of the officer Name i kinda forgot but i think its “Alfi... something” Poor service, LAZY, ignorant , gave no respect to me on the Interview&Photo Session on second floor, he is on the booth 9 He is talking so fast like rumbling Treat me Rude even make fun of me (laugh at me too) when i asked him a question Keep playing on his Phone, seems like he dont care about me (maybe he hates his job) Person like this is definitely a disgrace to indonesian services.. please improve the attitude of the officer Its not like we get free service, Remember we PAY , we deserve to get a nice proper service especially from government public services.

::Poor service & lazy officer on second floor the place where you take out your passport. Must queueing early in the morning about 6am to get number for submit documents. Photocopy here very expensive. Some food are taste well but price are high. The interview staff quite nice. But I really hate because most of them work very slow 😴
