  Pelayanan untuk manula, orang sakit, cacat, bayi dapat langsung mengurus pembuatan paspor. Pemohon yang masuk dalam kelas manula (manusia usia lanjut), orang sakit, cacat dan bayi digolongkan sebagai Priority atau Prioritas. Pemohon paspor baru golongan Prioritas dapat langsung datang untuk dilayani, tidak perlu mendaftar secara On line. Dalam satu hari, untuk golongan prioritas diberi jatah 100 orang, dengan daftar langsung, mulai jam 6 pagi sampai dengan jam 9.30 pagi (mana yang tercapai terlebih dahulu). Waktu pembuatan paspor, sekitar 50 menit. Prosedur pembuatan paspor baru, sama dengan pembuatan paspor untuk golongan biasa. Dari pengisian formulir, pemeriksaan berkas, foto dan wawancara, sekitar 45-50 menit. Pelayanan relatif cepat, senyum, rapi... Applicants who are in the senior class (elderly), sick, disabled and infants are classified as Priority. New Priority Passport applicants can come directly to be served, no need to register on line.   I don't know why lots of people complained about how it is hard to make your own passport; if you do your research well and prepare all requisite documents properly beforehand, it is actually very easy. Well to be fair the online system employed now leaves a lot to be desired, but once submitted, my passport renewal completion schedule is spot on. Keep up the good work!

  Slow Unfriendly lack of intellegent and ignorant staff. System and Signage and procedural work flow needs to be improve. Where s minister Yasona Laoly?

  Getting better in service. Few more improvements then it will be perfect. No need agent for making or renewing passport. The office is decent with air con waiting area and many seats. 1. Download apps 'antrian paspor' from playstore 2. Book the date & time 3. I suggest to come 1 hours before coz you still need to line up base on first come first served 4. Line up to take the queue number 5. The officer will call your number to check your documents...if everything ok then you will get another queue number 6. Check your number at the monitor then go in to the room for photograph and data input 7. If you have cash then you can pay at pos indonesia located at the second floor 8. For regular passport normally it will be ready 3 days after you pay...pick up time at 1300-1530...just go straight to the pick up counter, put your receipt at the basket provided and wait for your name to be called

  Book online first with the Antrian Paspor app. Lots of errors in the app, server down etc but keep trying. Experience is much better if you book online. No need to come early if you book online because you can only enter the process at the designated time and date. If North Jakarta doesn't work, try South, Central, East Jakarta etc something will work. Be patient and good luck.
