  Does not allow walk-in, doesnt have WA service, register via website / apps only. Problem is, there is never any date available to book. Security officer said it is only available for a few days when they release the quota. To me this doesnt make sense. It means you only want to work when you feel like it, and only work as much as you want. You dont even serve the people who have sacrifice time and effort to walk in?? Even worse because we have to pay for this kind of service.. Dirjen imigrasi please wake up. This is not 1990s where you can do whatever you please. I have been using a lot of public service myself (sim, stnk, ktp el) and seen a lot of improvements from the customer service. But this passport thing is throwing me back to some 20 years ago.. or even worse, cuz back then we can at least have the walk in service.
