  It's the new fad, widespread across Indonesia since a compound in Yogyakarta did it. Colorful murals painted on what used to be the ghetto plus other accessories around. City planning wise, I'm not enchanted. I truly believe they deserve the kind of housing that will last years if not generations of healthy citizen, not a compound in beautiful colors. However, as a tourist attraction, especially for selfies, this is a good place. Regular common street food across it with some pretty gardening combined with the natural beauty that is Ciasadane River.
