  I attend the hot yoga classes through Guava. Love the class tho sprained my shoulder doing a variation pose. I couldn't twist further and the instructor came to help me... big mistake. Lesson learnt. I will never push my body too much again. Hot yoga classes: Classes are usually filled with middle-age ladies who are friendly, amiable and very fit. Instructors speak good English and would always say the traditional name of each pose - I love it because it helps me remember the name of the pose I am doing. I find the hot yoga classes intense but not as intense as the other ones I've done. Price: They will be discontinuing their partnership with Guava. You can get a 1-month pass if you are travelling a lot. They dont have passes available yet. Their 1 month price is quite expensive imo better to sign up for a year pass. They do offer free trials if you are just looking to try out. Ambiance: Clean shower areas. You will need to bring your own lock for the locker. Towels (1 small and 1 large) are available free of charge when you come. Free flow of tea and water. Nice chilling area.

  Facilities: locker (you need to bring your own lock), shower, towels. I tried the Ashtanga Primary class using Guava Pass access. There are few sequences skipped from the half primary series, which for me makes the class less enjoyable. The teacher was very helpful in helping us reach a better posture for each sequence.

  Classes hours and variations are good enough. Interesting events from time to time.
