  Definitely the most useful banking app I have come across so far. It really makes banking as simple as it can probably get and hey - where else would you get a 5.75% interest rate on your savings. Absolutely recommended!

  This bank is an archetype of any transcorp national bank, highlighted with bad customer care, as the customers are just mere numbers for them, nothing more, could be less. Don't expect that we'd be treated as valuable stakeholders by them. I've registered as of November 2016 but to this date, September 8th 2017, still haven't receive my cards just yet. It's almost a year and none of them even actually try to reach me or contact me about anything that happened and/or might prevent my cards' arrival. The only way to effectively get in touch is by calling their call centre which is almost always jammed during office hours. I gotta go toone of their promotional pages in social media just to get their e-mail address as they don't publish it anywhere on their main site, no, when I clicked the provided link to their e-mail, it goes straight triggering up my mailing apps. If they really care about their customer, they should've informed me about my cards' shipment earlier, especially when there's a hindrance, but nope, no one did, no one care. What a manky bank.
