  If I could give this review no stars I would. My experience was horrible with hair colouring. I have had my hair coloured different times all over the world, from dark to blonde to red, and never had results like this. My present colour is light brown with some blonde highlights. I consulted with the master colourist at the salon, to have the colour made lighter than what I have, with renewed blonde highlights, in addition to colouring my roots. And three hours later my hair looked no different than when I walked in. And I was charged 1.8 million for a look no different than what I already had. Super pissed off. And for the first time ever I didn't even leave a single tip to the staff involved. Mr Irwan needs to get his act together and raise his poor standards. This is a rip off and I strongly recommend against having any service at this place.

  didnt expect this from irwan team. had a horrible experience for hair cut and hair smoothening
