  Apple authorized store with Mac service center @Menteng Central ... so it's not as crowded as stores in mall and easier access from parking lot (very necessary if you brought an iMac around for servicing) ...

  I came here on Saturday, and the only customer was me. The staffs are nice and have good skills. If you don't want to waste your time, you can come here to fix your Macbook. For the Iphone, you can go to Kota Kasablanka.

  Better to go to ibox service centre in Mall Kelapa Gading 3, the service much more professional than this place.

  Don't bother to call them. Filled with bunch of stupid jerks who won't bother you and rather makes you wait for a looooong time for a simple question.

  Poor service center, very far from how Apple Corp gives service standard to it's customer. I must wait for 60 minutes just to ask a simple question about my MacBook. It's a pity, since I don't have any other nearby service center option. What a shame ..
