  poor maintenance of room toilet and flooring. no doubt spacious room ,good food and cooling ambience.

  they don't provide a hairdryer! or do i have to ask first? the towels needed to be changed and the food is not that varied

  Overall, the hotel lobby, general places and room are nice and clean. However, several items in room such as towel and glasses cleanliness need to be improve. The breakfast food can be further improve too.
