  One of the best new hotel that i've come to, nice place and comfortable room with the great view of jakarta a great place for enjoying your holiday or vacation. the restaurant have a great services and meal.

  Very good. From front office, customer service, room service, etc are very good. Friendly, hotel are clean. Atmosphere is peacefull & feel safe.. Overall awesome! I'll b back..

  The staffs were good at doing their job, serves well, and very polite. Finding food around the hotel at night was not a problem at all. The breakfast was great, though there were only a few variations of foods, but doesn't seems to be a problem

  Overall nice clean room and comfortable beds. Friendly and responsive staff. But there are many kinks to work out. 1) shower drainage is very slow 2) bathroom ventilation needs to be better 3) heavy water leakage inside the room when it rained. Luckily the rain stopped in 10 mins. 4) breakfast variety is limited and no change at all. There should be a different menu every day of the week before repeating. All 5 breakfast we had there were the same.

  As expected from Aston group, everything is perfect during our stay. The room is very neat with coffee maker and a safe box. Their service is also good. But don't expect too much for the breakfast. Tasted okay but they just served standard meal, like fried rice, chicken porridge, bread with jam, cereal and fruits.
