  Good staff. Wrong rules. Room service ok. Heavy sound from AC duct prevents from deep sleep. I will never stay here again

  Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was better than any I've had in Jakarta or Java. Happy to have stayed here. I recommend for a good nights stay.

  Nice hotel, in my opinion the best in the area. Rooms are wide and comfortable, they have everything that is necessary. The furniture looks like quite new. My room look to the main street and it was noisy because of the traffic, a pity. The staff in the reception and restaurant is really friendly and proffesional. The food in the restaurant is very good and the place well illuminated with natural light, what I like.

  Regular room very clean, sound proof, best location behind the mall, nice view rooftop swimming pool. But to get there little bit need effort and patient due to the high traffic because of railway construction. Over all, i love to spend my night there. Thank you for the service and warm welcome.
