::Not profesional at all when giving service to customer. The staff is rude n lack of knowledge. Auto 2000 staff is much more profesional.

::This review is for the service department: Really bad service. I had an oil changed on my car and they forgot to put the dip stick back in place. I only noticed this 2 weeks later when I opened the hood to check for washer fluid. They had left the dip stick by a small plastic compartment in the hood and It had already started to rust. What a stupid mistake. Another time I had my front right suspension checked out because it was making a clicking noise over a bump. The staff wasn't helpful or care at all about the situation and basically didn't want to hear any of it. Ended up just tightening few nuts and bolts and didn't fix the issue. Not recommended at all. If you want your car to have the best care, I suggest to go to other Honda service center.

::the front line person put me on hold for 2minutes just to conform my appointment, and keep telling me just come here, because you have the yellow slip. i explained to him twice tht i've made the appointment over the phone for master brake replcement, and i dont know abaout the yellow slip. Very unhelpful & rude front line for putting me on hold for so long!

::There two kind of lounge. One is for ordinary people, other is for VIP, but only bread or noodle cup plus soft drink or coffee sachet that you can get free in VIP lounge. It has free WiFi connection, soft sofa and big screen TV.
