  What is 5 star? In all respect comparing to money value. Harper MT Haryono is best. Best front office service, food, cleanliness, comfortable, room size. The only minor weakness is location. But this covered by today easy booking application base public transport operated in Indonesia today GoJek and Grab.

  4th time in this hotel but disappointed. I asked a quiet room in my reservation. Despite the room is clean, comfortable if you have the highway side you are unlucky. Too noisy because the door from the small balcony is not soundproof. You don't hear your neighbors but the highway yes! From an executive room I have to choice a superior room for the same price. Not enough staff for the breakfast, few customers complained maybe because the Ramadan. Otherwise staff is friendly and try to help.

  The basic room option is good value for money. The rooms are new and comfortable, however the maintenance seems to be lacking a bit. My shower wouldn't drain the water properly, so had to turn it off mid shower to let the water drain a bit before continuing. The breakfast is still ok but not as good as it was when first opening. Check in and check out has always been smooth.

  Not bad, but nothing special either. Worth the price, although staff friendliness and service could still be improved. By the way, they have put signs on the main roads so I that you can find your way there more easily.

  Very decent business hotel. Located right next to one of the main streets. Makes it easy to get anywhere. Room was spacious and clean. Facing away from the main street. Unfortunately, the AC unit was very loud. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant as well as for the room service was not very good unfortunately. Seemed to be made with older ingredients. That's too bad as the experience was otherwise pleasant.
