  Good gym and spacy studio. Serving many classes of Yoga, Pound, etc. The trainers are mostly actors / actresses in 90's and certified YTT. They open classes for certification as well. They have gallery for arts and the space is open for rent if you'd like to have any event. Recently some natural oils and a Café with real kitchen, healthy choices of food are added to the list. The only thing I dislike is that they always full in weekend and don't have hot water :-(

  Beautiful and cozy place to do yoga mindfully. Either you are new to yoga or advance practitioner, its a recomended place to go.

  We can find various yoga classes from beginner's level to advanced level. They also have early morning classes that are designed to energize the body for those who want to practice before going to the office. Also, they have YTT program for those who are interested in training to be yoga teachers.
