  Good choice of lodgings for backpackers. Decent for its price range, this place offers homey feelings and decorations. As far as cheap rooms go, it's quite clean. The air conditioner, plumbings, tv, fridge, and (basic, shared) kitchen appliances are working fine. The owner is very friendly and helpful. One of the few downside, probably, is the fact that it offers no parking space. Meals are easy to find, since it's near a few universities, so plenty of take out and dine in choices nearby, including street foods.
