  I live in the direct tower above the mall. Feel so nice. Because it takes only one step to Lottemart, Ace Hardware (in case I need something for the apartment), CGV Cinema, swimming pool and many interesting restaurants. Very recommended place for people who have high mobility in Jakarta!

  Bad management in everything. Not recommended stay even just for a while.

  Still need many improvement, facilities, and many many more. But the green area is on of things that I like.

  A nice new little mall. However there is no ATM yet. Some shops still getting ready to be opened. There is Lotte supermarket, some places to eat, no department store.

  Neighborhood with other residents is the best, but with lots of badddd experiences related to premium service charge, poor parking arrangement for resident, expensive electrical cost. Also, ridiculous rules that resident must pay big amount of money to property management's for our owned in house renovations. Ownership certificate? They says, we as owner must wait until all tower accomplished. In short, I regret having my investments in this property.
