  This kost an is categorized as okay. Reasons : 1/ Cheaper if compare with other kost an with the same facility in the same area 2/ Has an elevator 3/ Use post paid electricity billing system, so you don't have to be top up PLN voucher in advance. You can pay in the end of the month. 4/ Surrounded by plenty of foodstalls and convenience store which open 24 hours, so you don't have to be worry if u get hunger. 5/ nice secure parking lot for motorcycle or car. 6/ Public park with free WiFi in front of kost an. 7/ Security staff available. Minus : 1/ No hot water. 2/ Some rooms don't have out side view / windows. 3/ you can't expect express laundry facility, in average laundry will be finish in 8 days time. Rate : 3 of 5 stars.
