  Worst experience in medan because we stay in this hotel. Jangan percaya hotel ini bagus karena rate bintang 4 di google. Kamar outdated, banyak yang rusak fasilitasnya, keran, gorden, sofa bolong karene bekas rokok, dll sampe esmosi karena banyak banget. Sarapan? Well, ga tau karena ga dapet tempat duduk, kalo ada pus masih kotor banget, sampe akhirnya saya males untuk sarapan, dari laper sampe ga nafsu makan. Sataffnya juga cuma ngobrol doang, gak memperhatikan tamu yg sarapan. Harga juga ga murah2 amat, banyak yg lebih murah dan pelayanannya bener.

  This hotel actually had some potentials. They have some good meeting rooms with different options in size.

  I've been there since I was a kid each time visiting Medan. The building located in heart of Medan. The room itself is cozy and the food is good. Hot and cold water are available as well the pool.

  Old hotel & rooms need major improvement. Very poor wifi connection. But has good location. Easy to find restaurants & shops nearby. Public transport is also always available.

  Nothing but problems, AC not cool, often blows it's fuse, internet was hopeless, breakfast was super crowded, no place to sit, even got removed once to make room for VIPs, wow! Staff want to help but it's just an old, dirty, loud, local focused hotel that was utterly disappointing.
