  Nice lounge to book and purchase garuda tickets. Nice and helpful staffs. Recently move to 6th floor, smaller but sufficient to accomodate the customers.

  It looks big, spacious with a nice touch of interior design, but somehow the service is not as good as the in-flight service. Expect low response, although many customer desk opened, the qeueing is crazy. Some desks even don't have standby staff.
