  I always enjoy my visit to the residences and place, even when i'm in my busiest time to work or taking care family. From the luxury until the minimalist things, I love how they exist!

  Very good service. Friendly staff, always willing to help , fluent in English. Rooms are clean and modern . Great location .

  The SPA is unreliable. It cancelled our booking twice at the last minute. The first booking for 9pm was made at the reception on 27 April 2018. It got me waiting 15 minutes until I decided to call and was told that the booking wasn’t confirmed. The second was also for 9pm, on 29 April 2018. This time I decided to book with the SPA myself and the booking was confirmed. 10 minutes to 9pm, the SPA called saying the therapist fell sick. Either I am unlucky or they refuse to take the last order. I hope I was wrong. The restaurant is closed due to refurbishment. There was no information about this.

  Incredible place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing. Very modern, clean and spacious. Buffett breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Jakarta.

  Completely best residence for a business traveler. Located in the main city. Near to go everywhere related to business thing in Jakarta. The super friendly staff are ready to help us anytime. The kind security also help us with big smile and big heart. The room are nice.
