::Very clean place compared to other gym brands. Towels smell good albeit a bit too strong, better than sweat smells though. Has free coffee, milk, tea, and water. My only complaint is that they don't have enough flat/incline benches. Not enough bench press machines. The cable/jungle gym is a nice addition. Some of the equipment have terrible handles, golds gym handle is better, but I will trade that for cleaner shower area anytime.

::One of the best Fitness First Box I ever went to (my top choices so far are: Pacific Place, Senayan City & Kemang Village). Spacious arena with high open ceiling and full glass window letting you have good view toward the neighbouring building & other fitness box (Gold's Gym). Unlike my other favorite FF box, this place offer you 2 squat rack (brand: Foreman) with wide 5KG plate which makes it easy to practice beginner deadlift. The locker is also spacious and comfortable, the only downside is it doesnt equipped with sauna room (they have steam room though). To sum it: I love this Fitness Box! The only bad thing about this place is that this place is not located in the southern part of Jakarta. (Thus the 4 stars intead of 5)

::Absolutely fantastic FF branch, probably because it's one of the newer ones. Pretty much follows the layout template it now has all over the world, for the Platinum branches. Especially great for lifters because there are 2 dedicated squat racks with deadlift padding too. Do try out the punching bags as well for endurance training.
