  Very very bad gym and very bad trainers I recommend Gold’s gym and zaki as you’re trainer!!!!!!!! To much homosexuals in fitness first!!!!

  Easier access through Menara BCA, straight to elevator at the right to 11th floor. It will save your time much rather than you access it from Grand Indonesia East Mall.

  The Personal trainers know nothing about fitness all they teach you is some weird circuit training that won't even work in the long run, also most of the trainers use horrible form on exercises like the bench press or the squat and not to mention they are really weak, which means that have no experience. I've also been harassed a lot by some of the trainers cause of my unconventional way of training and from the place I came from. I wouldn't recommend this place to the average gym goer who wants to build a solid physique, you are better joining a local gym... The only good thing about this place is its location and the amazing view.. But other than that, this place is horrible..
