  Really tired hotel screaming for an update. Location is the only thing going for it as rates are better at other hotels nearby.

  Above average hotel. The location of the hotel is good, hotel's close to Tunjungan Plaza one of the largest and good malls in Surabaya. Room service takes time. Good price for a decent hotel. Breakfast was good, and the room was good as well.

  A nice 3-star hotel located in the quieter part of Surabaya city. I chose this hotel as I thought it was above a shopping centre, but I soon found out that it was actually a food court with a good variety of Indonesian dishes. If you like to walk, it is also not very far from good shopping complexes of the city. Another thing that I like about the hotel was the serenity of the location, where one can feel the lusciousness of greenery as the adjacent place is full of trees and contributed to the coolness of the area. Favehotel is actually one of my favourite hotel chains, and that is one of the more inclined reasons for me to choose this hotel. The room that I stayed in was nice and surprisingly, with a food court at the ground level, the atmosphere inside the hotel was quiet. The lobby is not located on the ground floor and you have to take the elevators to the desired floor.

  We have a very nice stay on our business trip. We got 2 rooms with connecting door. There's a food court at the first floor and some good restaurants nearby.
