::If you're setting up house in Jakarta and looking for inexpensive, sturdy tableware, this is a good place to check out. They sell what seem to be factory seconds of Noritake Colorwave stoneware, other Noritake ceramics, and some glassware. I picked up six place settings (soup/cereal bowl, 6" rice bowl, salad/dessert plate, 4" mini bowl) plus two ramekins and two medium serving bowls for IDR600,000+. Prices can be a little arbitrary, and you should inspect each piece for obvious defects. But most of what is there is decent quality and not visibly damaged or otherwise second-rate. Take a friend who can speak Bahasa Indonesia if you can't speak the language though!
