  Showroom furniture bergaya modern dan minimalis. Kekinian deh pokoknya. Harga juga masih oke, material bagus. Namun untuk service ternyata krg memuaskan, saya pesan barang dan dijanjikan ready dlm sebulan, tp baru ready 2 bulan. Dan ketika sudah ditelfon untuk dikirim pun masih ada delay seminggu dgn alasan salah input data.

  Seriously regret the decision to buy from this store. After much delayed delivery promises and unresponsive CS, we decided to ask for a refund. Again, they delayed the refund process without any notice. We had to call repeatedly, only to be given template sorry-but-not-really-sorry answer and empty promise again. Do not buy from this store and brand.

  the product should be delivered on Saturday at 10am. However, waited until 12pm, still no delivery. Contacted CS, said there was an issue with the courier. If I did not contact CS I need to wait for whole day. At the end, need to cancel my order. Will never buy something from Fabelio again. I was Fabelio patron, the service was excellent. Now, it is getting bigger yet the service is getting worse.

  Great service from the staff. Very friendly and super helpful. Love that you can buy online then pay COD. Can even cancel your order when it's arrived.

  the showroom is very homey and nice. the service is also good, very helpful. good design with affordable price :D
