  Before buying anything from this place try calling their call center as a benchmark. A terrible customer experience post purchase. Bought several items. Received confirmation email regarding delivery and none of them are as what they emailed. All their customer contact points are slow in response. Its hard to call their call center, very limited and most of the time no reply from their whatsapp account, slow with no solution from their email account, good luck in getting anything from their twitter account. Date of delivery delayed without explanations, even when you received the items if it need instalation there would NO guarantee of when it will be installed. I ordered 5 items and so far 2 have missed the promissed delivery date. One of those 2 have been delivered but still in pieces with no clarity on when it will be installed. Their web shows 3 days but their customer service would tell you 5 days instead.

  BAD SERVICE, ALMOST 8 MONTHS THEY STILL CAN NOT DELIVER MY PURCHASE WITH SO MANY CLASSIC REASON!!!! THEY DONT HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO REDUCE MY DISAPPOINTED THEY ANSWER MY EMAIL WITHOUT SEEING WHO IS THE SENDER AND KEEP CALL ME W/ OTHER NAME, STUPID! AM THINGKING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO THEM! FYI, I'M FROM NOBILIA INDONESIA.

  I went here after visiting IKEA. FAbelio was a much better experience than IKEA and the cash on delivery service is so convenient !

  Decent showroom, but not all goods displayed on their website are displayed here. There's free coffee though.
