  A not so crowded shopping mall. I noticed that they have more restaurants above all types of tenants. Even they have food trucks across the lobby. I assume people that comes here are mostly from jet-set class, and obviously some executives in working days. Because the place is suitable for that class of consumers, it is not overly vast, not so crowded, and provides notable tenants. With that being said, the motorbike parking lot is somewhat neglected. Lots of puddles in the basement which the source of the water is dubious. Reeks of urine smell in some corners. A straight from horror movie type of basement.

  This place has potential looking at its location and the surrounding. However at the moment (mid 2018), it feels a bit deserted. I think maybe only 50-60% of the space are occupied, there rest are closed. The cinema (XXI) is cheap but very good quality. Super market (Ranch) is medium sized. Eat and Eat as the food court. Starbucks opena quite early. And I think they are building Ace Hardware.

  I go here usually for appointments/meetings. The upper levels are mostly tennant-less, the lower ones are thriving, though.

  Kinda confusing when i enter the parking area inside the building: The signage is confusing, poor lighting, narrow. But the building is unique. The cinema is located in a pretty well space.

  A good plaza actually, just a bit deserted and the tenants are not complete yet. Went there for a movie and the theater is good. Just a lot of rubble here and there looks like the place is not completely done. Lots of food tenants, some Karaoke place, and cinema. That's all.
