::When you read a lot of comments complaining about your visa section you should think there is a problem WITH THE VISA SERVICE instead of thinking everybody is at fault. I presented a complete application following the documents list GIVEN ON TLS CONTACT WEBSITE for the fourth visa of my wife. No the first, the FOURTH!!!! My wife have been told that her application was not complete and to provide a document which is NOT MENTIONED, NEVER, NOWHERE!!! I already contacted the foreign affairs Ministry on that matter as this is unacceptable. This new team is the worst team our embassy has ever had. I hope change will happen soon! I can only have pity for the poor local people trying to get a visa to visit our country as you will receive 0 assistance, aggressive interlocutor on the phone, non sense e-mail talking about everything and anything to avoid the main topic, turning around the pot... Open your eyes, you have A LOOOOOOOT of BAD REVIEWS regarding your service. I have been living in Indonesia for 8+ years (and expat for 20+ years) and needed the embassy on many occasion and it always went fine UNTIL RECENTLY WHERE IT IS AAAAAAAAALWAYS BAD!!!!! At least your are now consistent on your negativity.

::Extremely bad service,I been to aply my visa twice ,to go to France for baptism my daughter,we got apoitment in the church,plane tiket,everything is gone,the reason to not get the visa is doesnβt make any sense!

::Extremly bad service. Im a long time traveler worldwide and this embassy is one of the worst i saw to date. First the staff. Not nice at all. Speak like robots who reads pre-written message (specialy the phone lady "we do not have a telephonic service" then who am talking to !?) Then if you need help for a visa they will directe you to TLScontact, NEVER answering your questions. And TLScontact direct you to them. Usual french ping pong. But if by chance you can gather the eqiivalent of the amazonian forest in papers... you are not safe yet. Even if you have more proofs than needed your chance to be refused are extremly hight. Im french. My monthly income is over 5000β¬ and i wanted to make a visa for my fiancee.. paychecks, bank statement on 3 months attesting it... even with that we got refused for "no proofs of mean of subsistance". More than 5 differents documents attesting her reasons for going to france and come back to indonesia ended up in a nice "reason of travel unclears...". Yeah right. So basicly if you are not super rich and able to put thousands of euros on your bank account and possess some real esteat in indonesia, you gonna be refused. I pity the indonesian who want to visit this beautifull country i call my homeland. And as a french, im deeply ashamed to see auch archaic services.

::Super bad service, I was apply visa visit friend already 2 week, and tomorrow I will fly already bought the ticket go and back, until now no have people help me give the answer my status visa Yes or No!!! Hello the airplane have the rules too for changes the time, or changed destination, or cancel! What are you doing during 2 weeks my document? We can't call, we just can sent email but I sure they don't read all message! And they just open service only Tuesday and Thursday at 9.00-11.00 very and super bad service. I wasn't go to France anymore!
