::My experience about the after sales service was very very very very unhappy & frustrating. Low standard of Customer care professionalism, bad after sales service & internal communication; having customer neglection with very bad manner of technician. Having the very awkward service policy by asking transportation fee for a product which is on warranty period. I will never buy any product of this brand again, never ever. European top brand with very low standard customer service here.

::Please people, save yourself some money! I bought an electrolux fridge 10 months a go. In that 10 months, there were 4 incurrences in which the fridge in the temperature was not cold at all hence spoiling things inside the fridge. When i call and claim the guarantee, they ask for transport money. Who was in the disadvantage side here? It was me, still they asked for a transport money? Give me a break. I got 3 fridges in my house, 2 samsung, 1 elextrolux. The othet 2 samsung fridges never give me any problem. But elextrolux? Super bad quality, why the indonesian protection customer agency still let them sell any electronics with bad quality and bad customer service like that.
