  Doc Dora is the best pet surgery which i've encountered in decades dealing with sick dogs. She has all that is needed as an animal surgeon! Best animal clinic in Indonesia, when considering 5 key factors: 1. Has qualified & experienced vet surgeon, but not arrogant ones. 2. Equipped with good medical support equipment, especially gas anesthesy, life monitoring, usg, xray, blood check, etc. 3. Friendly price, when compared to other facilities 4. Helpfull treatment & good communication with pet owners 5. Good place, parkir, clean human toilet, etc.

  Doctors are very helpful. Genuinely care about dogs. They listened. Price is reasonable. Has many doctors and staff. Waiting time is not unreasonable. You can come directly without making appointment.

  1st time visited this clinic. good value for vet service although not cheap & she also keen to answered all your questions although sound very rashly to end the consultation. they need to improve their receptionist service as she works slow & couldnt answer one of my question about your service. Too many staff in the front desk but nothing they do. They also have slow response to whatsapp chat as one way to communicate with them about the schedule etc. Why they dont have fixed doctor's schedule??? Every month the schedule change. That is bad for our convenience & no certainty for us. Please repair the aircon & put some curtain in waiting room. Its too hot! Felt like in sauna.

  Took my dog there, she had tumor, she passed there. Great doctors, great place, but since it's crowded, service was just okay.

  Good and friendly staffs and vets. The wait could be long and the seating in the waiting area isn't sufficient. There are not enough chairs, and since they're on the porch be prepared for mosquitoes.
