  Been here with my wife for a business trip. Get a suite room and really satisfied. The room was really big and comfortable. I like the industrial toilet concept. The food is also great everyday. The only letdown, it is located nearby a train station. You know what it means. But overal, we loved it.

  slow check-in. I was there for another 15minutes to wait while they were cleaning the room and it's not check-out hours, it was 3pm! Even when I was trying to get another bar soap and the cleaning staff said the soap is only one which you use for shower and washing your hand, pretty stingy. The room was so so and the TV channel was very limited option. Compares to the service, the price is quite expensive. And why I put another star instead of only one, it is because the breakfast was good. I don't think I will return to this hotel anymore.

  New hotel, centrally located but a bit hard to find. The service makes up for it though! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded the first time we go there because the standard room were overbooked. The decor is pretty and homey. Good value for the price in my opinion.

  Hotelnya nyaman, bersih, jauh dari kebisingan kota dan pelayanannya ramah banget. Hotelnya baru, bernuansa modern. Hanya saja kamarnya kecil dan tidak ada ruang smoking room di hotel bagi penginap perokok. Bagi perokok diperbolehkan merokok di dpn Pos Scurity tidak boleh di kamar. Semoga kedepannya boleh dipertimbangkan lagi dan lebih baik untuk hotelnya. Hotel ini untuk ajak keluarga atau pekerja sangat recomended dekat dengan perkantoran dan di tengah kota.

  Room boy kurang teliti memeriksa barang waktu sy chek aut terus dibilang ada barang hotel hilang ....sy dan istri sy sangat kecewa
