  I come here today to open an account. I was directly served by the Customer Service. However, the CSO took 1 hour to fill in my details to the system to just tell me 'I'm sorry. We doubt your details and we cannot open an account for you.' For me, this is such a very disappointing service from a bank. How dare you asking me to wait for 1 hour just for you to type in all details and to say I can't open an account. I would definetely will not recommend this bank to anyone. You should train your CSO to work fast and efficiently. Also, I spoke to the branch manager who is a lady and she cannot give me a possible solution. She was like a robot and telling me SOP stuffs. And last but not least, is it ethical for a CSO to open a bank account for someone without any further explanation on what the product is, and all the fees and limit of the account? They all assume you know the product well without any further confirmation.
