  It gives comfortable and nice rest time, however anytime you see something wrong with the place dont hesitate to complain to the receptionist, something I didnt do last time :(

  I stayed there from the 8th July until the 11th July 2017 and the first thing you have to take care of when coming from the airport is that the taxi won't drop you off at the other Cemara Hotel nearby. This is exactly what happened to me. Inconvenient start aside, it was a pretty comfortable hotel to stay at during my few days in Jakarta. The rooms were small which were equipped with everything you needed such as closet, fridge, safe, office table and TV. Unfortunately the safe at my room (405) didn't work and I always spotted these little cockroaches crawling on the carpet floor. I even had cockroaches on my food which were located on the office table on elevated ground. The carpeted floor definitely should needed a cleanup due to the dark spots you have there. I really loved the king size bed because it was very comfortable and clean as well as opposed to the floor. As for breakfast which was at the 2nd floor, you had a pretty good variety of local as well as western foods served there alongside tea and coffee as well. Could not complain there. Cemara Hotel is centrally located in town with shops, restaurants, travel agencies etc. situated nearby. Even the Embassy of Spain was just next door. The national monument (Monas) was just a 10-15 minute walk from this hotel. Since this hotel is also centrally located, getting a taxi was never a challenge as well. In my conclusion, although there are some cleanup requirements in certain areas of the rooms, it is a pretty fair hotel what you're getting for this price and I was satisfied with my stay there.
