::I dropped in for a couple of days while travelling for business. Good facilities, friendly staff, and mostly the equipment I need.

::Pretty satisfying as a gym. A bit small, but I've seen worse out there. Need to find an appropriate schedule if you want to avoid the crowd, since every gym is always jam-packed during peak hours (after 5pm). Other than that, the place is clean, comfortable, with friendly staffs.
