  Clean and well maintained equipment and facilities. Great location too. Best to come after peak hours to as the gym is small and fills up fast.

  I have to say that, when it comes to classes, no other gyms could beat the variety, the number, and the instructors. Just now I saw two martial arts instructors, one teaches Tae Kwon Do, the other well I don't know. And they have this new machine called power mill that makes you climb stairs continuously. The fx gym is perfectly located in close proximity with GBK, which gives benefit for members who prefer to run outside and shower at the gym.

  This gym is located in the fourth floor, and quite big. Standard floor plan, receptionist in the front and the left side is where you get the towel. Several studio for class, like bodycombat and yoga. They also have sauna and steam room inside the locker room. Overall, great experience working out here.
