  Really grateful that I don't do my hair treatment in this salon! I am very disappointed with the unprofessional service here. I've been waiting for too long and their staff is rude. It' my first time to go to this salon and I go to this place especially to try this salon but they are really disappointed!! And by the way, I've already made an appointment two days ago!!! Really unprofessional and I wish I could give zero star!! Just don't go to this salon! There's a lot of better salon with better quality than this place

  I went to Blow+ Bar based on a recommendation in an expats blog. Their website is in English with a useful online bookings form, so I expected their stylists to understand English instructions. Maybe that was naive and unfair of me - but if you are looking for English speaking stylists, this is not the place for you. Beyond the language barrier - one of the receptionists translated for me, but my instructions still weren't followed - their "senior stylist," at IDR280,000 for a men's cut, was pretty bad. He did a sloppy job, what you'd expect from a cheap men's barbershop. I confirmed afterwards that he indeed was the senior stylist I splashed out for. Apparently he is popular, so it could be that I caught him on a bad day or he just didn't know how to work with my hair (although I asked for nothing complicated and my hair isn't typically difficult to work with). Did the job, but I'm definitely not going back.

  Really disappointed by the changing prices here. For 3 years I've been going here for creme bath treatment (best in Jakarta Seletan in my opinion) but since the refurb their prices have increased from 300 to 450. Absolutely not worth the price increase when places like Tony &Guy use same products for creme bath and charge less. On another note, I would advise the salon to ask any children who visit the salon with parents to turn down volume of music coming from playing games on tablet/HP. Adults do not want listen to sound effects from games playing for 2 hours when visiting the salon. It is unnecessary and ruins the relaxing experience. I know it should be the responsibility of the parents however when a parent does not take the initiative to tell their child to turn down the volume, the salon should intervene. It is your establishment and certain standards should be adhered to.

  Waited long time to have someone attended. Bad service n not in professional way. All the hairstylist just sitting there playing their phone n nobody care about the customer..

  My favorite place to have haircut. The stylist gives some good advices for my hair style.
