  We forgot to bring IPAD in room when check-out . Fortunately hotel manager Mr Samaun help us to deal with the delivery issues in Jakarta. We are very appreciated for the patience and the warming service 🤗🤗🤗

  The position and the shape of the building is a bit weird for me. Hahaha. We couldnt find parking area for vehicle. The hotel is close to Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, so good option for you to stay, if you join any program there.

  The room smells. Hard to navigate to this hotel. Room service did not deliver Items I requested even after asking several times and even though everytime they will say they will deliver. Concierge was very helpful, bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.

  Good hotel in good location nearby PRJ convention center, shopping area Mangga Dua and Sunter and ANCOL beach and recreation parc. Have to use taxi or grab online.
