::The experience we got during our stay was beyond our expectation. Well managed hotel, nice swimming pool, and very kind staff. But I have to give 4 stars only because the bathtub didn't work properly, the sink was leak, and TV channels were blur. Please fix it up to increase your rating. Thank you.

::A great hotel with friendly staff. This hotel looks really cozy, clean with great atmosphere. We visited during Christmas and the decorations look awesome here and there. They also gave us complimentary of souvenir and gingerbread cookie. The hotel has 4 kinds of restaurants, Korean, Japanese, Manadonese, Indonesian. It also has a wine cellar and a bar. The minus is the parking lot, always fully occupied and too narrow. But overall it's worth visiting. Definitely will come back again if we visit Cirebon.
