  I've been exercising with Benefit Pilates for more than a year. I can feel the benefit of pilates, my core and spine significantly got stronger. The bonus my belly getting flatter ;P The place is very cozy and very clean. We could choose private or duo or group class. I prefer to have group class bcos I could make friend. Heart Benefit Pilates so much, for bringing so many benefits in my life.

  It's a very cozy homey studio to do your pilates. Very easy to find and parking is usually available in front of the building which is super convenient for self drivers. I enjoy both my private and group sessions there very much. The other amenities in the building helps when you have to run errands right after your sessions.

  The studio is easy to find, and located in a good, central part of the shopping arcade. The facilities and all of the equipment were also very clean and new. I attended a group class, which was running at its full size that day. The instructor was very clear with her directions and checked everyone's form quite thoroughly. Will be going back soon to try out the private classes for sure, and would recommend the studio to anyone living or visiting Jakarta in a heartbeat!
