  This barbershop need to upgrade its management system and cashier knowledge. I booked time here with minutes app, got on time, but still need to wait for 45 minutes because the cashier prioritize someone else came after me (which just book on location, not online), just because the system showed I am with specific barber (which actually assigned by the app) and he is still working on other customer. The cashier not even asked me, so why the hell should I book I got service after waiting for 45 minutes. The barber is good tho, friendly and doing good work. But the wait and bad customer management need serious improvement.
