  I have paid for 2 bottles of wine on Peb 28th 2018, then the store staff via whatsapp message (I still kept the convo on my cellular phone) said that they would sent the wine on the next day or March 1st 2018, and it would take 5 days for delivering process to Jakarta. I was waiting it day by day, but the wine didn't come to our address, so until March 7th 2018 I wrote a complaining letter to the Bali Wine Store by whatsapp message (again, I still kept all the convo on my cell phone). The response came on the next day, March 8th 2018, and the store staff wrote to me that they just sent the wine. I checked it, they just sent on March 7th 2018 right after I made a complain to them. Firstly I thought the store staff forgot for processing my order, then they remember it just after I sent that complaining letter. Too bad if that was true. The store staff said that they late sending the wine 'cause there was an inspection by local authority at that time. Well, it is so disappointed for me, they never told me before when they have been inspected so the deliverance will be late. Clearly the shop management should improve their service soon.

  Really have a good wine available,,but i got my own really sour one and the store clerk didn't give me details about the wine right before i bought it...
