  Service is very horrible here. Makes us feel like we are not welcomed into the store. When we entered the store, all the staffs just looked at us and resumed chatting. Definitely not going back to this store!!

  I can't believe the service that they have here. They are disgracing the brand name Balenciaga with the kind of service provided, which amounts to a little to none.

  Employees are all stuck up and only chat among themselves. It is too bad that 1 star is the minimum, as I would have given this 0 star!

  I'm so dissapointed with one of your guy employees. I took a visit to your counter not a long time ago and this guy employee treat me as if I can't afford your product. In fact, I did have interest to buy one but because of his ugly attitude, I just lost it and I can't say how dissapointed I am. With all due respect, I hope this statement will make you reconsider next time about choosing the right person to represents your brand. Thank you..
