  Such a nice place. This building divided into several floor based on what di you wanna do. The first floor is, the North Sulawesi's Province Library, and the second floor is the Manado Public Library. I'm lost once I tried to find the Public Library, i found it located several kilometers ahead from this building until i got some help from the people there that shows and tell me that the real public library is in this building on it's second floor, so, you better chech the review befor going somewhere.
