  This place doesn't deserve to hold Avis name or brand. They rent out beaten up car infested with cockroaches. It's a very nasty and dangerous experience as little cockroaches crawl around while the car is moving. Avoid this place at all cost!!! The representative named Marasi handled the complaint really poorly and made it extremely difficult to get a replacement car. I had to terminate the contract much earlier as they couldn't offer any better service. Choosing them is an absolute mistake that ruined my experience in Jakarta.
