  It is both dealer and maintenance service. The entrance is a few meters from Kayu Besar toll ramp. Next to it is auto 2000 and Honda show room. The front parking is big and then the glass building where cars are displayed. Sofas are very comfortable to Pampers customers. There are salesman and saleswoman stand by. Customers service tables borders the back of the room with service maintanance desk. Comfortable sofas, stools and benches are provided on the left of the room and the adjacent building without walls are for cars under maintanance. Snack, tea or coffee are for free, along with cool room and big screen TV all for customers satisfaction.the staff are really friendly and kind, treats you as a king or queen. The toilets are super clean and has great odour but they are not spacious. Car service maintanance is ended with free car wash. Service and spare parts cost much higher than unauthorized service and the customer is not allowed to have a look as the mechanic are doing their job, unlike the unauthorized ones. Spare parts and service is not bargainable, all you can do is to skip some not too important service. Cash, credit card and debit are available for transaction. Maintanance service offer free handling for complain not more than two weeks( if I am not mistaken) or before 1000 km mileage.
