::Room service stops operating at 10 PM. My room's windows are at street level and everyone passing my window outside can just have a look into my room unless I shut the drapes, which leaves my room devoid of sunlight. Breakfast was meh. Awful pasta. Awful nasi goreng. Stains on my room's carpet. Mosqouitos in my room. Toilet takes some time to flush.

::Upon arrival, during check in there was miss information between the FO with the marketing regarding my additional breakfast reservation. I could not find any concierge after check in to take care my luggage. The next morning, the restaurant was not informed by the FO about the booked additional breakfast so my guest was refused to enter the resto for bfast. What an embarrassing experience! On the third day, my room door could not be opened at all, even after using the master card the concierge had. They had to fix it for hours. Hope Aston will recognize the issues and in the future will avoid them from happening again. Thank you.

::I stayed in Nyepi period in this hotel.. I enjoying my overall stay experience. However, I would like to give some input related to the pool which is I believe it can be cleaner.. the bathroom can be fresher.. Since I entered My Room at second floor I smell humid.. Some leaking spot can be seen.. I think the regular maintenance schedule should be control.. Aston Denpasar is a good and complete property. So good maintenance is needed to keep it as it should be. Impressed with the hospitality, keep up for this good side.

::Dear Hotel Aston, We booked for non smoking room. But we got smooking room. The smell of the room was not fresh. Your employee fast response quite appreciated, but still the smell was not gone. Lucky we only stay 1 day. Can not imagine if we must stay more than 1 day, because our Office already paid through travel agent. It was very unhappy stay at your hotel.. never stay there again. Thank you
