  The service at the hotel was really nice. However, the gym is rather a small one. I was thinking that the gym would be at least double the size than what they have now (consider the class of the hotel). Other than that, it was a pleasure trip to Medan.

  I stayed in the Grand Deluxe room. Stayed there 2 nights for business. Loved it. Professional service. Amazing rooms. Clean luxurious. The price is also very good. I will definitely return to stay there.

  Rooms were neat and had all the basic amenities needed. However , service could be better improved as the receptionist promised to deliver us the other room key within an hour but to no avail. Had to go down and remind them about it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

  Room was super comfortable, even the cheapest on like the one I booked. Check in check out were a breeze. Loved the pool and the breakfast!!! Cannot fault this hotel except their complicated lost and found procedure and their lack of communication among the receptionists. I requested a late check out (12.30 so extra 30 minutes) in the morning which they have said yes and confirmed it. Yet a little before 12 they called again to the room to remind us that the check out time was 12.00.... -_- my baby was sleeping and the ungodly loud sound of the phone woke him up. But even then our memory of the Aryaduta is still a good one.

  Nice hotel in medan. Good rooms and clean. Properly filled minibar and clean bathroom and good bed... friendly staff and very good breakfast with a wide variety of foods and drinks. In the evenings you can done there and food is good and tasty. Good place to be
