  Cukup bagus untuk hiburan keluarga, ada kolam renang dengan kedalaman 40 cm, 120 cm, hingga 145 cm. Ada juga tempat bermain air. Kamar mandi dan toilet sangat bersih. Untuk restoran menunya agak terbatas.

  It’s not a very good water park at all. First of all when me and my friend went there we asked for a cabana, once we got our cabana there were only plastic mattresses to lay on, quite a rip off for the amount of money we payed. Moving onto the rides, there were only 2 open for the public. The other slides were either being renovated or weren’t open for the public due to the fact that staff didn’t bother to turn the water on. Staff are very ignorant too, whenever we would ask for service they would just walk right past us without a second thought, also the staff thought me and my friend were 20 years old (although we were 12) and didn’t allow us to go to the kiddy section just to have a bit of fun. Pathetic. I would not recommend coming here to waste your time and money 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Not a great waterpark, the staff were very lazy (only 1 was actively working and running around). My friend and I were said to be 20 years old although we were 12, we didn't mind but someone might think it's offensive in some way. Everything is confusing, the normal cabanas are awful (plastic mats) and the VIP cabanas are not any better they're just infront of the pool. Only 2 slides were open / available to the public. The others were either being renovated or the staff didn't bother to turn on the water, so the public couldn't access it. The food counters were very confusing, and here is a tip when ordering food, MAKE 👏 YOUR👏 ORDER👏 CLEAR!! My friend order egg rolls, and the girl at the counter said how much (we thought she was saying how many trays because there were 2 of us so my friend said 1 TRAY) and when we got our food she only had 1 egg roll! And we waited atleast 30 minutes for 1 egg roll! They had no toilet paper or paper to dry our hands with. The slides that were available were awful, we kept hitting our heads on the bottom of the slides and there weren't enough water on the slides so we often got slight burns on our skins. It's a scam, I do not recommend this place!

  Tempat yg cocok buat berlibur dan bersantai saat weeend atau liburan bersama keluarga dan anak anak! Menginap di Astara dan beli paket AquaBoom Waterparknya!..

  Merasa tertipu, 1.selain tiket masuk dipaksa beli kartu tap cash 20.000 jadi harga tiket yg tertera harus ditambah 20.000. 2. Lalu namanya bermain air kan tdk mungkin tdk bawa baju ganti, tempat simpan baju ganti alias locker harus bayar lagi 25.000, pdhl ini kan target marketnya keluarga yg notabene pasti bawaan tasnya besar, otomatis harus sewa loker klo gag tas nya harus ditaruh di tepi kolam gag jelas di mana dan harus dijaga. Itu pun utk sewa kena 25 ribu harus deposit lagi 50 ribu setelah pulang kembalikan tuh kunci baru balik uang 50 ribu dan bukan CASH tpi dimasukkan kembali ke BNI TAP CASH tadi. Jadi klo lupa ya SIAL dah. Belum lagi krn uang 50 ribu deposit td gag bisa dipakai bebas tentunya hanya merchant tertentu saja. 3. Pelosotan air nya dan beberapa permainan masih dalam pengerjaan tapi pengunjung di suruh bayar penuh. Jadi waktu berenang bisa dengar org lagi ngelas tuh pelosotan dan cium bau gosong las. Mahal gag sebanding dgn fasilitas dan kerepotan nya . Baru kali ini memakai fasilitas kolam renang TANPA fasilitas locker dan handuk gratis
