  Went to level 2 to request documents requested by insurance, the receptionists: - been contacted them 2-4 days before my visit, communicated to them what I need. Can’t they prepare beforehand rather than prepare upon I come herewait for me to come I n - slow (I need to wait 45min, and follow up 2-3times) while no other patients. Can’t they just prepare and get the doctor? - they knew what I want to request (pass the letter to them), while waiting them to prepare their part, they should contact apotek or refer me to apotek to make the other request, not just sitting there and chit chat
